Orientation & Counselling Program for Parents on "Role of Parents in Student's Competitive Exams Preparation"

S.E.A. Composite PU College successfully organized a highly insightful Orientation & Counselling Program for Parents along with Students on 29th August 2026 at the PUC Quadrant (Panel Room).

The session was led by the eminent Resource Person, Mr. Vijay Bhaskar Sir, Academic Head, Extra Marks (EM), who is renowned for his expertise in guiding students for competitive examinations.

Topic: "Role of Parents in Student's Competitive Exams Preparation"

The program was conducted in two exclusive sessions to ensure focused interaction:

- Session 1: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM – For I PUC Prime Students & Parents

- Session 2: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM – For II PUC Prime Students & Parents

The session was highly interactive, engaging and enlightening. Mr. Vijay Bhaskar Sir beautifully guided the parents on their crucial role in their ward's academic journey. Key takeaways from the session included:

- How to create a positive, stress-free and conducive learning environment at home

- How to support, motivate and encourage wards without exerting undue pressure

- The effective and supportive role of parents during NEET / JEE / KCET preparation

- Importance of time management, discipline and strategies to help students avoid distractions
