Tree Plantation Drive 2026
S.E.A. PU Students Join the 15 Lakh Tree Plantation Drive – Growing a Greener Tomorrow
At S.E.A. Composite PU College, we believe education extends beyond classrooms. It is about building responsible citizens who care for the community and the planet. Living by this value, our students took part in the 15 Lakh Tree Plantation Drive held at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, Bengaluru.
Planting Today for a Better Tomorrow
The plantation drive brought together students, volunteers, and environmental enthusiasts with one shared goal: to contribute to environmental conservation and create greener surroundings for Bengaluru.
With great enthusiasm and teamwork, our students planted saplings across the designated areas. Each sapling planted was a step toward cleaner air, cooler surroundings, and a healthier ecosystem. The energy on ground was inspiring from digging the soil to watering the young plants, our students worked with dedication and joy.
More Than Just an Event
The drive was a valuable learning experience for our students. It helped them understand:
- The importance of trees in combating climate change and pollution
- The role every individual plays in protecting the environment
- The impact of small collective actions in creating lasting change
As they planted each sapling, they also sowed seeds of environmental awareness and responsibility. The activity encouraged students to reflect on sustainability and their duty toward nature.
The participation of our students is a reflection of S.E.A. PU College’s commitment to holistic education. We encourage such initiatives that build empathy, discipline, and a sense of social responsibility among our youth.
The message from the drive was clear: when we come together, even small actions can grow into a big impact. Our students returned to campus not just with muddy hands, but with a renewed commitment to care for nature and inspire others to do the same.
Let us continue to nurture these saplings, and the values they represent- for a cleaner, greener, and healthier tomorrow.
