S.E.A. Composite PU College Students Excel at 6th Karnataka State Open Yogasana Championship – 2026
Physical Education & Wellness at S.E.A. PU College
S.E.A. Composite Pre-University College, Bengaluru, under the S.E.A. Education Trust, led by Chairman Sri A. Krishnappa, places strong emphasis on holistic student development.
Alongside academic training in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams, the college has a structured Physical Education and Student Wellness Program that includes:
- Yogasana for mind-body integration and stress management
- Gym Workouts for physical fitness and stamina
- Karate & Martial Arts Training for discipline and self-defense
- Standard Sports Infrastructure to support overall athletic development
These initiatives are designed to help PU students manage academic stress, especially during board exams and competitive test preparation, while promoting a healthy and balanced campus life.
